Complex systems in food science: human factor issues

Abstract
The ideas that are going to be developed in this keynote lecture are that: 1 the human factor in computer science is a long story, 2 human increase systems complexities and in parallel help to solve other complexities, 3 current trends in computation are not user friendly, 4 the Food domain and life domain have specific needs, huge challenges that should not be considered without the help of the human brain. Finally the conclusion propose some directions on interactive design and model exploration.
