Coffee breaks and Lunches will be served at the cafeteria of the University

Wednesday September 6th - Live Music |
There will be a live music session on the first night (Wednesday). This will be in a well known pub with traditional music.They will have meals upstairs from 8pm (more informal than banquet but good food) followed by live music downstairs in the bar for the evening. This cost is not included in the conference fee. Every participant pays his or her own way. |
Thursday September 7th - Games Galore |
On Thursday before the meal we will have a games room booked for people (6-8pm)(games to be decided but varied). |
Thursday September 7th - Conference Dinner |
The Conference dinner will be held on Thursday the 7th of September at 8.30 p.m. at the the Woodford Dolmen Hotel |
