SOCIAL PROGRAMME

Get together party on Sunday the 13^th of April at 6.00 p.m..(location to be announced later)

Buffet Style Lunches will be served on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Conference location.
During the conference, we will go and visit and industrial company. Information on this will be posted by December.

The Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday the 15^th of April at 7.00 p.m. Most probably at the Aquarium

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We have set aside, a number of rooms at several hotels in Moidena for the participants to the ECEC/Euromedia'2002 conference 

For all accommodations participants have to book direct with the hotels and use the Euromedia '2003 - ECEC 2003 conference
hotel registration form to get the prices mentioned below.

BEWARE: All accommodations are blocked for the participants till the 15th of March.

REMARKS

Reservations are only valid when confirmed by credit card and/or a one night deposit have been paid to the selected hotel ..
Rooms will be kept available for conference participants until 1 month before the event.
When all the rooms have been taken then you can go to the link below and make your own arrangements.

Delegates are responsible for making their own reservation and settling the bill on departure. Please use the ECEC'2003- Euromedia'2003 FORM when making the booking to qualify for the special rates. Prices are subject to change. I've also included the hotel room reservation forms in Word Doc - PDF and HTML format below. (NOT YET LINKED)
