A number of rooms for the participants to the FOODSIM'2004 conference have been set aside at the WICC-WIR. The WICC is the actual conference location, while the WIR is located across the road. A total of 20 rooms are available at the WICC (double rooms, single use at € 86/night) and 8 rooms at the WIR (single rooms € 78,50/night). To book, please use the link further down this document.

WICC

The WICC offers excellent accommodation facilities for long or short stays. All 147 rooms of the hotel section of the WICC are totally renovated recently. The rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, phone and TV. The WICC hotel offers:

* 119 single rooms
* 27 double rooms
* 1 room suitable for disabled guests

WIR
Situated only 250 metres from the WICC, you will find our second hotel; the Wageningen International Residence. All 69 rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, bath or shower, toilet, phone and TV. The WIR hotel offers:

* 38 single rooms
* 8 double rooms
* 15 triple rooms
* 8 suites

The shopping centre, public transport, cinema and theatre are all within a short walking distance from both the WICC and the WIR hotel. Thanks to the central, regional location, the WICC-WIR offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy not only Wageningen, but also the beautiful surroundings with the hilly, wooded landscape of the Hoge Veluwe and the river Rhine with its beautiful flood plains.
