Registration fees should preferably be paid in
EURO's, but can also be paid in the equivalent amount of U$/GBP. Payment is
possible by CreditCard (Euro-Master Card, VISA Card ,Diners, American
Express)
Included
in the registration fee:
- Free entrance to all sessions
- One copy of the proceedings
- Free entrance to the exhibition
- If there are tutorials: free access to
a professional development seminar, including material
- All coffee and tea during the
morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunches during the full
conference days
- The social event for one person,
including the conference dinner at the Mawal
Lebanese Restaurant,
on Thursday the 20th of November.
- A Boat trip on the River Thames to
Greenwich, with a visit to the Maritime Museum and the
Greenwich Royal Observatory, on
Friday the 21st of November.
- One year membership to EUROSIS
Authors are expected to register early (at a reduced
fee) and to attend the conference at their expense to present the accepted
papers. Without early registration and payment, the paper will NOT
be published in the conference Proceedings. In the case of multiple
authors, one author should be identified as the person who will act as
correspondent for the paper.
STUDENTS
Students
who are authors pay a registration of 300 EUR or equivalent in U$/GBP. To qualify as a student
author you need to send in together with your paper a copy of your student
card. Student papers are only accepted as student papers if only the name
of the student appears as author of the paper or in the case of multiple
authors, all authors should be students. Students who register as
non-authors pay 350 EUR.
GROUPS
Authors
from the same institution or project can present several papers at the
event and will qualify for a special discount. Discounted prices can be
requested from Philippe Geril. Prices vary according to submission types
and numbers.
