Full paper
Five (5) page papers, single spaced, double column). See an example 
Participants can submit a 5 page FULL paper as a regular paper submission to the MESM conference. During review, the submitted 5 PAGE FULL papers can be accepted either as a regular 6 page paper or as a SHORT 3 page papre by the program committee for the conference proceedings depending on quality. All accepted papers will be published in the MESM'2023 Conference Proceedings.
Short paper
Three (3) page papers, single space, double column. See the example above, but only use 3 pages.
Participants may also submit a 3 page short paper. During review, the submitted 3 PAGE papers can be accepted as a short three (3) page paper for the conference proceedings by the International Program Committee. All accepted short papers will be published in the MESM'2023 Conference Proceedings.
Always add on the first page of your paper under your name and affiliation, contact information, like your email or telephone number.
One and two page papers are NOT accepted
Author contact info during the submission process
- If there are multiple authors indicate who is the principal paper contact author and always use one contact email only
- All authors can only use ONE NAME (which cannot be changed and will remain UNIQUE during the whole conference organisation process) and ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to designate themselves as authors of one or more particular papers, and contact with regard to the EUROSIS office.
- When authors register, than they need to EMAIL the online registration form or the completely filled in REGISTRATION FORM to EUROSIS as registration form or back up info for their registration.
- When payment for authors is done by a THIRD PARTY then this party has to be INDICATED on the PAPER REGISTRATION FORM LINKED TO THE PAPER.
- During the whole process all authors ALWAYS need to use the PAPER CODE number given to them for their paper by EUROSIS in all communications with EUROSIS.
- All communications are in ENGLISH only.
- The MESM Proceedings will be published after the conference and will ONLY include all ACCEPTED AND PAID papers PRESENTED at the conference
Quality control
In order to ensure the quality of the proceedings, ISI Web of Knowledge, SCOPUS and INSPEC/IET will receive the listing of the actually presented papers, next to the copies of the Proceedings.
EUROSIS Proceedings are ISI Web of Knowledge, SCOPUS and INSPEC/IET referenced.
Language
The official conference language for all papers and presentations is English.

The official MESM'2023 files are sent to all authors in zipped format together with the reviews by EMAIL ONLY. A personalised acceptance letter is sent upon request.
