A quick reminder that NEXT WEEK MAY 15TH is the PREFERRED PAPER SUBMISSION DATE for the 21st annual GAME-ON Simulation and AI in Games Conference, which will be held at the Department of Communication and Art at the University of Aveiro (https://www.ua.pt/) Aveiro, Portugal from September 23-25, 2020.
The LATE SUBMISSION DATE is JUNE 1ST.
You can submit your paper between May 15th and June 1st,
but try and aim for May 15th.

COVID-19 notice:
As we are still living through trying times because of the COVID-19 pandemic, participants will be able also, instead of physically attending the event, to give a remote paper presentation at set times to be communicated at publication of the preliminary programme. Instructions on the possible remote paper presentation will be available asap.
Meanwhile the EU is looking at COVID Green-Zone Travelling for this summer and autumn 2020. The area around Porto i.e. including Aveiro, falls within the green zone category.
