A quick reminder that the normal submission date of JUNE 25th IS THIS WEEK THURSDAY for the 34th annual ESM European Simulation and Modelling Conference, (formally known as the European Simulation Multiconference), which will be held at LAAS CNRS, Toulouse, France

from October 21-23, 2020.
The LATE SUBMISSION DATE is JULY 15.
You can submit your paper in between now and July 15th,
but try and aim for the June 25th deadline.

We aim for the ESM'2020 event to be a hybrid event if possible (part online - part on location), if a normal event cannot be held. We aim to avoid the least attractive solution which would be a complete online event. Everything dependent on the evolution of the COVID situation of course.
COVID-19 conference attendance instructions will be distributed to accepted authors as well as remote presentation instructions for those not able to physically attend.
