A quick reminder that the LATE SUBMISSION DATE of JULY 15 IS NEXT WEEK
WEDNESDAY for the postponed 11th biennial FOODSIM'2020 Conference, which will be held
at University of Leuven/Campus Ghent, Ghent, Belgium, from September 6-10, 2020
for those authors who still need to send in their final paper and forms.

We aim for the FOODSIM'2020 event to be a hybrid event if possible
(part online - part on location), if a normal event cannot be held.
We aim to avoid the least attractive solution which would be a complete
online event. Everything dependent on the evolution of the COVID situation
of course.
COVID-19 conference attendance instructions will be distributed to all
authors as well as remote presentation instructions for those not able to
physically attend.
FROM TOMORROW ONWARD I WILL CONTINUOUSLY UPDATE EVERYBODY ON THE CONFERENCE

which deals with European travel info as it comes in.
