Dear FOODSIM'2020 author and participant,
because of COVID measures in your respective countries, related to travel restrictions,
some of you have indicated they would rather present their paper online as being unable
to attend in person. As such, I have created a new participation form which fully covers all
details for on-site and online participation.
Please fill in the attached form and email it back to me as soon as possible and before
August 8 at the very latest, so we can start preparing FOODSIM'2020 as a hybrid event. The online paper presentation guide will follow this email.
Furthermore as stated, prices will differ as to being physically present at the event
or having an online presence at the event. I will personally contact all authors on this
matter. The online form and fees pages of the website will be changed accordingly and very shortly.
