Toulouse, France from October 21-23, 2020.
FIRSTLY:
AFTER A CONVERSATION LAST WEEK WITH THE LOCAL ORGANIZERS
I HAVE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE EVENT WILL BE A HYBRID EVENT
FEATURING ONSITE AND ONLINE PARTICIPATION.
BECAUSE OF THE COVID REGULATIONS AT LAAS, HOWEVER, I WAS
INFORMED THAT ONSITE PARTICIPATION WILL BE LIMITED TO
FRENCH PARTICIPANTS ONLY OR TO THOSE PARTICIPANTS RESIDING
IN FRANCE AT THIS TIME. FURTHERMORE A LIMIT OF 12 HAS BEEN
SET IN THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS BEING ABLE
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT AT THE SITE ITSELF.
ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE TO ATTEND ONLINE.
