Dear Colleague,
As most 2020 conferences are nearly in their final stages
of post-organization, I would like to inform you, that from next
week onward the 2021 events will start to be posted.(we're a bit behind
schedule because we had to organize 6 events in 3 months, but
next year events will remain in their timeslots - see below*)
Coming back to the 2020 events the following is scheduled
1) SCIFI-IT and GAME-ON 2020 proceedings which were ordered
in book format are being sent out in the coming days.
2) ESM'2020 printed proceedings that were ordered will be sent out next week
3) FOODSIM'2020 proceedings are in pre-print and awaiting final approval
for distribution and printing from the committee (there will be 2 volumes).
All other outstanding matters related to FOODSIM'2020 will be taken care of
later this month
4) MESM'2020 submissions can still be sent in till the 25th of
November
As to the 2021 events I can give you the following updates
1) SCIFI-IT'2021 will be held in April in Belgium (final dates and location
will follow in the next couple of days)
2) ISC'2021 will be held at the University of Malta from June 2-4, 2021
3) GAME-ON 2021 will be held at the University of Aveiro, Aveiro
Portugal from September 22-24, 2021
4) ESM'2021 will be held at Link University in Rome, October 2021
(exact dates will be communicated asap)
Call for papers for the events will start going out from next week onward
* Based on our 2020 conference experience we aim for hybrid conferences as
the EUROSIS conference norm, with a full online event as the alternative
depending on the COVID situation.
