More than four hundred presentations on European research and research projects are presented on a yearly basis. Some of these presentations are case studies of successful simulations while others provide overviews of research projects within the European Community, and set up face to face meetings with potential clients and research partners. For companies the exhibit package possibilities include the exposure offered by our exhibitor display area, contributing specialty items, and literature inserts, or by providing a mailing list or advertising for the conference.
Furthermore, as a result of its unique geographical European location, EUROSIS, through its coordinator Philippe Geril, offers you in the person of its director, since 1985, a perfect springboard to business contacts within the European community, the Middle East, Far East and North America.
As you can see, EUROSIS has a variety of ways for you to get your message across, through its conferences, publications, website or electronic newsletter. Exhibitor Demonstration
On the first evening of each conference we have a limited number of meeting rooms that can be utilized as Exhibitor demonstration areas from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. These rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis to Exhibitors that have paid for space in the exhibit hall. This is an excellent opportunity for Exhibitors to entertain existing and potential customers.
To participate, you must agree to provide food and beverages for the potential participants. Based on approximately 30-50 people per hospitality room, the cost would be approximately EUR 10 per person.
1 Day Seminar Room Rental
Exhibitors can rent a room at the conference, where they can give a one-day seminar about their products. Room price for 1 day is EUR 400.

MAILING LISTS
The EUROSIS Mailing list (at present 10.000 names), or selections thereof (with a minimum of 1000 addresses), can be rented for advertising mail-outs related to simulation, after EUROSIS has viewed and approved the materials

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
If your company can provide us with a mailing list of prospective attendees or provide advertising space, EUROSIS will list your company name as a sponsor of EUROSIS. Please complete the Sponsorship Application and Contract and let us know how many names and addresses will be included in your list and the size ad you can place in your magazines, newsletters, etc.
