The European Technology Institute Bv (ETI BV) was set up in November 2003 to act as a financial vehicle for running the day-to-day operations of EUROSIS. ETI takes care of all EUROSIS financial and legal matters and will act as a monitor for the future EUROSIS income and expenditure. The European Technology Institute Bv (ETI BV) changed its structure from Bvba to BV in July 2020.


The ETI BV/EUROSIS exploitation and legal seat is located at the European Simulation Office, Torhoutsesteenweg 162 Box 04.02, B-8400, Ostend, Belgium. (Co. Nr.860.098.406, VAT: BE0.860.098.406)


As ETI has in its charter the obligation to stimulate scientific research in the field of computing, it will also expand its activities in related areas of simulation and modelling.

ETI Bv is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

  • Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
  • Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement.
  • Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
  • Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.
  • Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
  • Use an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.

Thus ETI Bvba will measure its impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement.

ETI Bv will comply with all relevant environmental legislation.

ETI Bv will implement a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance.

ETI Bv will encourage the adoption of similar principles by its suppliers.
