The conference dinner will be held on the 5th of June in the evening at the Wine Cellar "U Královny Elišky (Queen Elizabeth cellar)
A place where the history of Brno meets its present. The cellar spaces of the current Restaurant and Wineroom At The Queen Elizabeth were created by the Cistercian monastery at the same time, when it was established in 1323 by Queen Elizabeth Rejcka.
Reconstruction and renovation of the interior basement started in 1964 and in September 1965 the Wineroom was opened for the first time. In 1980 the spaces were enlarged and a disco established. In June 2006 the Wine-tasting room was added and it was the beginning for the private wine boxes and regular wine tasting of Moravian wine.
The Wine-tasting room is not just a place where wine is tasted or a place for the regular meeting of the members of the Club of Wine-tasting At The Queen Elizabeth, but this historic cellar with its ancient wine press from 1711 is available to all visitors. The Wineroom is the oldest and the most famous part of the complex. At The Queen Elizabeth, where you will find a romantic atmosphere of the wine cellars including live folk music, traditional culinary specialties and rich selection not only of the Moravian wines.
During dinner, music will be provided by the Trio of Eliška Queen.
