Exhibition

A special hands-on exhibition is envisaged to be held during the conference focused on simulation tools and applications. For more information please contact EUROSIS for further details. (Philippe.Geril@eurosis.org)

The exhibits come in three categories: see the At conference exhibition information

  • Tabletops
  • Exhibit Spaces
  • Pre-built Exhibit Cubicles (this option is the exception not the rule)

Diverse Activities

For demonstrations or video sessions, please contact Philippe Geril. Special sessions can be set up for vendor presentations in co-ordination with the scientific program. User Group meetings for simulation languages and tools can be organised the day before the conference. If you would like to arrange a meeting, please contact the Conference Chairs. We will be happy to provide a meeting room and other necessary equipment.
Prices to rent a one-day meeting room can be found on the exhibition page.

One-Page to Three Page Abstract

Proposed demonstrations must submit an abstract of 1 or 3 pages, that will be used by the chairs to judge suitability to the conference and program. The abstract should follow the EUROSIS paper template and must include:
  • Title
  • Authors (names, affiliation, email, address, etc).
  • Abstract (max 100 words) and keywords.
  • One or more figures representing the demo overview.
  • Description of the demo, including both a technical overview and an explanation of novelty, importance, and/or usefulness.
  • Preference for table-based and/or demonstration (final assignment will be at the discretion of demo chairs, with possibility for both.)
  • Optional Video: Authors may submit a short video showcasing their demonstration. Video files can be in .AVI, .MOV or .MP4 file formats. They should play on standard PC and Macintosh computers without requiring third party codecs to be installed. The file size should be less than 100 MB and should not exceed 3 minutes in length.

Once accepted, the abstract (and the optional video) will be included in the adjunct proceedings of the SCIFI-IT Conference.

Partners for Projects

Partners for projects session(s) will be organised by EUROSIS to give potential project teams or individuals the opportunity to present their research in order to link up with fellow researchers for future research projects. Those wishing to participate in this session need to send a proposal to Philippe Geril. This falls within the scope of the plans for EUROSIS TC's.

Conference Sponsorship

Companies and Academic Institutions can also consider sponsoring the conference. Information on how to do so can be found on the sponsorship pages.
