Conference Posters

The poster session mainly features work in progress. Works can be submitted to be presented as posters (which is an A0 2 column copy of the pages in the author instruction kit) instead of oral communications. For poster presentation, a Short Abstract (3-4 pages) must be submitted. Short Abstracts will be published as short papers (3 pages) in the Conference Proceedings. For creating your Short Abstract (3 page paper) go to the submissions page.

Student Posters

Students can also write 1 page student poster papers. When accepted these are published in the 2nd accompanying volume of the FOODSIM'2022 conference proceedings. The fees for student poster papers is € 300 plus VAT (€ 363 inc.)

Included in the student poster registration fee:

  • Access to all sessions
  • *One electronic copy of the proceedings - FOR STUDENT AUTHORS AND STUDENT MEMBERS ONLY
  • All coffee breaks and lunches - NOT THE CONFERENCE DINNER OR CONFERENCE VISIT
  • Free access to the exhibition
  • If there are tutorials: free access to a professional development seminar, including material in electronic format
  • Posting of the electronic presentation on the EUROSIS Youtube channel
